CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the 50% deposit made at the time of booking. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that emergencies happen, and we do our best to accommodate when possible. However, this policy helps ensure fairness to all clients and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.
